WHATS NEW IN CLARION?
71st Annual Allegheny Toyota Autumn Leaf Festival™
Come enjoy the sights, sounds, foods and the Clarion community during our 71st Annual Allegheny Toyota Autumn Leaf Festival. This year’s event is slated for Saturday, September 28 through Sunday, October 6.
The first recognized Autumn Leaf was held in 1953 during the Clarion State College’s Homecoming. Businesses were asked that year to decorate which would add a touch of color to the town. Miss Ruth Neiger, from Brockway, served as Homecoming Queen that year. Little did she or the others involved for the first festival know what it would develop into 71 years later.
There are over 50 events that will take place through the entire week.
A complete schedule of events is located on the festival’s event page, at the Clarion Area Chamber of Business & Industry office and businesses located through Clarion.
Come and enjoy the “Flavors of Fall”!!!
