Do your bookshelves need some spring cleaning? Consider donating gently used books to the Clarion Free Library at our upcoming Book Drive! Make room for some new reads and help your local library at the same time.
The Friends of the Clarion Free Library have been busy over the last couple of years making improvements to the Book Cellar in the lower level of the Library. The Book Cellar is a “used books and more store” and the donations collected from the store as well as our other book sales during the year are a significant fundraiser for the Clarion Free Library.
The good news is that we’ve been very busy! The bad news is that our shelves are getting rather bare. We accept gently used books across a range of genres including fiction, nonfiction, children’s, young adult, and everything in between. Volunteers will be available to help carry in books to the lower level meeting room during our Book Drive.
