The Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission, Inc. is hosting the 4th Annual Recovery Respects First Responders event to celebrate Recovery Month and recognize the efforts of first responders to combat the opioid overdose crisis in Armstrong, Indiana, and Clarion Counties. Each first responder that has saved a life from an opioid overdose will be recognized for their efforts, receive a certificate of appreciation, and a lapel pin. We encourage all first responders to attend and bring your families for the day of thanks from those who have been Saved.
