Both the federal and Pennsylvania government have made huge announcements about increasing their contracting goals for small diverse and small disadvantaged businesses. But what does it really mean to be disadvantaged? What do I need to do to certify my business? Will the federal government accept my state certification? Is it even worth it to be certified? Join the Northwest Commission PTAC’s newest Government Contracting Specialist, Aaron Ritsig, for an overview of the federal and Pennsylvania government’s programs for increasing supplier diversity.
